Designed to complement regular brushing, this mouthwash can be incorporated into a twice-daily oral care routine. Use 20ml for a 30-second rinse, then spit out without swallowing.

Use at least twice daily. Pour 20ml into a glass and rinse thoroughly around the mouth for 30 seconds. Spit out after use and do not rinse with water. Do not use more than the recommended amount.
