• Wholegrain Oat Flakes

• Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk) (30%)

• ISO-XP Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) (10%)

• Medium Chain Triglycerides (Coconut MCT Oil, Tapioca Starch)

• Cocoa Powder

• Thickener (Xanthan Gum)

• Sweeteners (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides from Stevia)

How to Use

Option 1

• Mix 1 scoop (60g) with 150ml of boiling water.

• Stir thoroughly and leave for 1–2 minutes before serving.

Option 2

• Mix 1 scoop (60g) with 100ml of cold water or milk.

• Stir well and microwave for 30 seconds.

• Stir again before serving.

Use 1–2 servings daily as required.
