Alpecin Grey Attack is a caffeine and colour shampoo formulated for men who want to incorporate gradual cosmetic colour care into their regular hair-washing routine. It is suitable for natural hair shades ranging from light brown to black.
The formula contains caffeine, panthenol, niacinamide and zinc PCA, together with cosmetic colouring ingredients including dihydroxyindole and HC Blue No. 2.

The shampoo is designed to be massaged into the scalp and hair, left on for approximately 2–5 minutes, and then rinsed thoroughly. Application time can be adjusted according to the manufacturer's instructions to vary the intensity of the cosmetic colour effect.
